Family and health are most important things in life, say many. Sometimes we forget this almost an obvious aspect of life. But your physical, mental and spiritual health is all that matters. If your body cracks, that’s it. If your mind cracks, that’s it too. And if you lose your spirit, there’s nothing that can take you up.   Exercise your body, your mind – and your spirit. Weekly, 2-3 times, and you’ll be okay. Everyone have their own balance, but if something’s not working, have a look on the pillars that build your health, your body, mind and spirit. They are also consisted in cooperation with your environment, so choose that, and the people you live with well, and share love and energy with one another.
